So far my 6th gen iPad likes this version. All other versions it’s lagged a lot, like the ram was maxed out. But this one it seems to agree with thank god

Anyone notice issues with not receiving notifications on their iPhone for text messages? Might be other notifications as well, but only noticed text so far. Not wearing my watch, nothing has changed but for the last couple hours people sending me any text won't wake the phone to show or play a sound. If I'm actively using the phone, then I'll get both.

This the worst update yet on the Beta. Running it on an Iphone 11 Max Pro and it crashes every 5 mintues. Doesn't matter which app I am using. I have closed all my apps and still same problem. Phone is unusable with this update.
Try a factory reset if you haven’t already

Calendar app iPhone, small issue when scrolling in monthly view:
Sometimes the month on the top left doesn’t change when I scroll to the following month, and only changes again when scrolling to the month after that (if that makes sense...).
Force quit + restart hasn’t fixed it.

I did read that Dark Sky were supporting the UK and Ireland too though with the precipitation alerts.
Dark Sky the app / service does, but Apple is known for buying up / coming up with stuff and then limiting it to the US for a while to test the waters.

It's been how many years now and there's still no News App in most european countries even though most people would only use it as a news aggregator (which the widget does).

I'm going to mention this here because (A) there is no equivalent WatchOS 7 thread and (B) this only happened when I updated to iOS 14 beta 6 (and I have not updated to beta 6 of WatchOS 7 yet): When I took my Watch off the charger this morning, I got a "Good morning" type screen on the watch face. It had the time, the temp and the battery level (in percentage, not a circle). Has this been displayed on the Watch before now and I just missed it? Or is it new and somehow related to iOS 14 (as I mentioned that I did not update the Watch yesterday, so the only variable is that I updated to 14b6.

I tried to do a screen grab but mistimed the clicking of the Digital Crown and button and ended up dismissing the page instead. 😡

Doing the normal stuff under b6 .... 11ProMax

Mail - b5 was better. On my ProMax the mismatch in count of unread mails differs between badge, internal count, and count after manual refresh. sigh.....
Mail - iCloud - I have been getting sporadic deleted emails reappearing. Ugh ...

Calendar - new event - when I select time I can only enter manually via the keypad that pops up. Once I start typing then the scroll selection seriously abbreviated becomes active.

Weather widget temp and H/L mismatch between widget and app

more to come 🙃

Isn't this just part of the bedtime feature?

If the EU hasn't made the radar data commercially available then Apple can't do anything about it. The UK is soon out of the EU anyway.

UK is still part of Europe, even after coming out of the EU. Also, my point stands, especially when Ireland has Dark Sky functioning fully too.

I’ve had that since I put watchOS 7on, back in Beta 2. It happens if you have it on your wrist when you wake up too

Dark Sky (native app) has supported the UK for at least 3 years. I'm hoping that Apple Weather will eventually.

I know I’ve been using it for years too. I’m saying what I read was that Apple Weather would use Dark Sky data in iOS 14 with its hourly precipitation alerts, US only at first but also UK & Ireland.

I was hoping in this beta we would get the better DS weather data but we still got the Weather Channel.

I have not seen this once on any of the iOS 14 / watchOS 7 betas. Sounds pretty cool, though. Do you have sleep tracking turned on?

The ugly orange sun is back in the weather widget. I filed feedback this time.

I am having the same issue with my iPhone 11 running this beta. Watch is on Beta 5. Select apps are showing notifications, but iMessage and most apps are not receiving notifications. I have gone into the Notification settings and made sure that all were "on" to display notifications.

Had this on beta 5 too.

Does anybody else have iPhone xs rebooting issue? Does beta 6 fixes this?
Well, My wife and I have the same iPhone model (11 Pro Max). Purchased on the same day on the same Apple Store. Mine has no issues. Wife's reboots every now and then. Downloading b6 right now, let's see...

Read through the 10 pages and have not found anyone mention this:

The Smart Battery Case(SBC) is having issues on 11 Pro with Beta 6, symptoms:

(1) Draw the phone's battery first instead of the SBC's when mounted and use normally.
(2) Won't charge the phone/SBC combo when using certain combinations of PD-compatible fast chargers/cables. (Mine is an Anker Nano 18w PD charger+Anker's C to L cable)

I had it on its charger, so no. Picked it up and took a look and there it was. I’ll try to get a screenshot (competently this time!) if I see it again.
