The SE is too small for me to know if it is a bug still. My wife is using the 11 Pro Max and seems to be still having issues. But that intercom feature seems to be working. LOL
Not to disclaim the problems you are having, but I kept my 6S on IOS 12 and I don't get any lag with the (stock) keyboard. Is this even an iOS issue? I am experiencing this on iOS 12.x. I have ignored iOS 13 entirely and have not decided for sure about iOS 14. I have an iPhone 6s and an original iPad Pro 12.9".
EDIT: Meaning, isn't this a services issue? Because nothing has changed, iOS version-wise, on my phone in ages. Though, if it IS a design issue that resetting the keyboard dictionary helps temporarily, at least I can grasp that as being why it took so long to appear. Still, we shouldn't have to. As someone else said above, I'm not convinced Apple actually use their own products in any serious manner, because there's an ENDLESS list of bugs NOT getting fixed at each release.
Not experiencing it since upgrading to the 12 Pro Max yesterday.
The phone, messages, and FaceTime apps all are stock communication apps. They are all green. While I wouldn’t be upset to see Apple change the green to blue, its their visual cohesion that they’re trying to stick with, it seems.I have been having this issue as well on my 12. My phone updated to iOS 14.2.1 a few moments ago. We’ll see if this fixes it. I’m more annoyed by the green color of the Messages app icon. Why choose the color Apple selected to designate a text from an android user? Icon should be blue IMHO.
Green isn't a color to designate a text from an Android user, green is the default messing color for regular messaging supported by cellular/mobile networks without the use or need of a data connection, i.e. SMS/text messaging.I have been having this issue as well on my 12. Thanks for that! I did not know that.Green isn't a color to designate a text from an Android user, green is the default messing color for regular messaging supported by cellular/mobile networks without the use or need of a data connection, i.e. SMS/text messaging.
