To the people saying 14.1 will probably be next....

I don't know. I think 14.2 may be next. I've been running the beta and it has been absolutely ROCK solid for me. Haven't hit any bugs at all and it feels like it's ready for release.

Why would they push a 14.1 if 14.2 is pretty much ready to go?

Maybe 14.1 will come shipped on some devices but I suspect the next general release version will be 14.2.

My guess is 14.1 after the event next week and 14.2 a few weeks later

Someone was to quick to make a 14.0.2 page on the forum but it’s now gone, I doubt there will be a 14.0.2 for iOS the next one will be 14.1

If it might be another few weeks (or more) before either 14.1 or 14.2 is publicly released, it's quite possible that something like 14.0.2 might come out between now and then.

I totally agree, versions *.0.2 are (as it seems) imminent. iOS 14.0 is no longer signed. Idk...

So another week, another beta, and maybe announcement of iPhone event (he said hopefully)

And nothing for the little people. Might as well sign up for the Beta and if it screws up with the Iphone, well it's about getting the latest and the greatest so what difference does it make.

So speculation is that the iPhone event will be Tues the 13th. The min that is over if it happens, they can drop 14.1. All the iPhone details will be out. So it’s possible that with potentially 8 more days we get 14.1 and they wait.

Possible too. I get the feeling we’re gonna get something in between. But you never know.

Usually they come all on the same day, so I’m thinking we won’t get iOS 14.0.2. They don’t always have to have the same versions on all devices.

Valid point but I still think it will come tomorrow as does Zollotech on YouTube.

14.0.2 today
I am speculating 14.0.2 today as well. Apple Watch and Microsoft Authenticator have issues with the watch authenticating. MS Developer response in app comments states they are working with Apple on a fix. I got an update for MS Authenticator last night (didn't fix the issue), but made me wonder if there is a fix on both the MS and Apple side and that an Apple fix is forthcoming.

Also, Apple needs to fix the Apple Watch not unlocking Mac that was introduced in the last update.

So, I am hopeful that today we'll at least get a fix for these two issues. Both affect the watch, but I suspect an iOS update is necessary for resolution as well.
