Probably today or tomorrow. Most likely not on Friday as that before a holiday week and I dont think apple releases the Friday before nor during the thanksgiving week. We may not get it until after the holidays if we don’t before Friday.

Not sure, but I'd assume so? I don't have a mini to try. I'm also honestly steering clear from the HomePod betas, at least thru the holidays. I had some major issues not being able to use them in certain apps as a Stereo Pair. I got the email saying a new HomePod Beta Seed was available.

yes new beta firmware for mini. Beta 2 wasn’t available yesterday.

Could be some sort of installer type of tweaks which don't really change or impact things once the update is installed, meaning that those who already have the public release of iOS 14.2 installed might not need this updated build.

If I plug my iPhone 12 Pro Max I to my max it gives me the option to update. Maybe I’ll hold off sense this makes no sense.
