My guess would be no considering the graphic posted just before you. Kinda seems pointless to push out a new version if they’re not even looking at feedback for the current build.
Fitness+ is coming next week so I expected 14.3 public release to be Tuesday (or Wednesday?). Can’t wait.

There won't really be an announcement, like an event, it will just get released, like other .X releases.

I don’t know if that’s necessary, based on the feedback in the 14.3 beta thread. My guess is still next week with either full public release or GM for reviewers to do hands-on (you know Apple’s gonna be doing some serious marketing for it!).
I’m thinking another beta in week # 49, and then regular release in week # 50 before Hanukkah.
Probably for the umpteenth time: Apple does not have a release cadence based on how the feedback on MacRumors forums looks. They have them scheduled and they release according to that schedule.
