It’s fixed in the betas and it’s not mentioned in any notes. So could be in 14.4.1 as well.
I really doubt that. Why should they release an update today if they're gonna release a bigger one on the following day? I think 14.5 is coming either next week or in two weeks

I'm guessing and hope too a beta this week (as the beta 3 is too buggy for me - iPhone 12 Pro Max).
I push my vote to an RC release the day of the next Keynote (arround March 23rd) and an official release of 14.5 the week after.
