I am starting to believe a B4 next week and a week after that RC.
There is a chance they might skip the betas and work in-house and just release a RC near the release day but who knows, if we don’t see a beta today or tomorrow I would say they are waiting for final release and working on it inside, this has happened before they had like 3 betas and a high letter build number and just released RC next, I guess will see very soon

I could see this possibility. Personally, I'm not experiencing any issues with this current beta (unlike beta 2), so if we don't get one this week, it won't be the end of the world for me. However, there's some things I remember reading a while back that people found in the code that I'm interested in seeing. The one I remember right off the bat had to do with wallpapers. Not a pressing feature for me by any means, but if I also remember correctly, beta 4 of 14.2 was when we saw those new wallpapers come in. If there really is anything wallpaper related coming in 14.5 and if Apple were to put it in the beta at the same time as they did previously, that would bring it to us in this next one.

Yeah I think we all want it a week after the last one but to be fair anything can happen, this week should be interesting

Big issue with some is Garmin Edge GPS won’t pair with iOS 14.5 beta 2 nor beta 3. It does pair with iOS 14.4.x. So obviously Apple broke something here. Garmin is aware of the issue so hopefully it is fixed in a future beta.

To be fair, Garmin Edge GPS pairing/syncing breaks if you so much as look at the thing funny, so no surprise there. I think it's broken with at least 3/4 of iOS releases over the last year or two.

My Edge 820 still connects with my 11 Pro on 14.5 beta 3, but I keep the Garmin on an old firmware revision. And yes, Garmin connections are delicate and erratic at best.

Apple has two standard release times — 10 AM and 1 PM Pacific time. Last week they used both of them on Tuesday — macOS beta in the morning, iOS/iPadOS beta in the afternoon. If we get a new beta today, it'll probably be the latter time slot.

I still have bets on next week. The OS team must have worked on 14.4.1 this week, and pushed out 14.5 with another week. I'm also putting down bets on the next 14.5 as an RC. So sad we developers will have to upgrade to Big Sur now. Man, I hope I don't lose external monitor functions like a few others I know.

No
I’m still thinking we will see a beta or RC this week, actual release version next week and public release as part of show on the 23rd.

14.4.1 pushed suggest may there will be no beta this week
I guess it all comes down to if they are planning to release it at the rumored event in two weeks. If they are, I suspect we will see something this week. If they are not, then they have more time and could wait until next week.

My guess is still something this week, RC or final version next week and release at the event. Or maybe beta this week, beta next week, RC at the event and release the day before new iPads are released. But I think we will see something this week.
