The review devices, and the guy that got his iPad early, were running 14.5, so the new devices tomorrow will be running 14.5 as well.

If they were running 14.6 I would agree with you.

Usually 9to5mac gets an article up 10 minutes before the release, and they’ve not yet.

I’m sticking with the fact that 14.6 is not likely today, people are expecting it cos of the new devices, but we know they are coming with 14.5, now 14.6.

I’d be happy if it did come out in 7 minutes tho.

Edit: I suspect today’s release will be the public beta of 14.7

Not via the Software update, as its counted as downgrading, which iOS cannot do.
You’d have to DFU and restore with the IPSW.
