They disabled 3D Touch on this beta according to the release notes. Let’s see if long press at least works in its place on 3D Touch supported devices
Ugh seriously? If they want to move to Haptic Touch, fine. But please don't completely disable hardware I still have on my phone.

I really cannot understand the mentality of “see you tomorrow guys” when a beta doesn’t drop within seconds of 18:00 (uk time)

Exactly. This sort of thing has happened tons of times over the years - they’re not always released at the exact top of the hour. That’s part of what makes this thread so annoying.

Is it weird that my update says Public Beta 3, and has said public beta ever since I got it on the Monday of the keynote? But like, it's always been the Dev beta? Anyone else?
Yes between the SE2020 and 11PM, I've seen Dev Public and even once or twice it was just straight 14.0!

Let them flee and leave more bandwidth for the more patient. Too bad I have to wait until after work anyhow since I'm not cool enough to allowed on work Wi-Fi

iPad Pro went super fast... started later as iPhone, and finished earlier

I have the Beta for Chrome and Spark (by Readdle) on my iPhone, when do you think we'll be able to test such Apps as defaults in iOS 14, beta 4/5/6? That's the feature, along with 3rd party widgets, I'm most excited about.

Most responses I see to this question are the same camp: setting new default apps won't be available until the fall since developers needs to submit updates to their apps that include iOS 14 APIs and apps with code for iOS 14 won't be approved until official release.
