That'll be for the new iMacs launched today. The T2 chip has its own firmware which Apple maintains and updates.

FWIW, I'd stay away from any update to watchOS 7 today until AFTER iOS 14 beta is released. Last summer I had updated my Apple Watch to one of the watchOS 6 betas before that day's iOS beta, and did so before heading home from work and before I updated my iPhone. Was unable to use my Apple Watch until my iPhone was also updated.
