I have a hunch that today is a new beta day. Usually if they drop a bunch of updates, like the new Final Cut Pro, they have betas to launch at normal time.
If it's "fact", why did you post it in the "speculation" thread? Sorry, but it's not fact until Apple says it's fact. The jury is still out. They ain't even in the building.

9to5mac usually post an article about an upcoming beta 5 minutes before the release, so that it looks like they have had information from before, which is actually not the case. Not sure why people are falling for this.
