Makes sense to push 13.7 out sooner rather than later for the exposure notification express backport, way bigger userbase they can reach that way.
I don‘t see why they can‘t still do a new beta today though, because 13.7 itself seems to be the odd one out that‘s rushed to release.
He's just whispering it into the universe for it to be released today, is all.
I do not have a watch so can't comment on how good watchOS 7 beta is at this point!
Makes me wonder if 13.7 supports WatchOS 7, as not often we get a new watch beta, without a new iOS 14 beta.....
In the past a major version of watchOS required a corresponding major version of iOS

No it doesn‘t, iOS and watchOS are always deeply tied together in terms of feature sets compatibility.
Maybe we only get watchOS today and iOS tomorrow.
