Youtube App...force close and reopen fresh. Now search for a video. Try tapping the first result without scrolling the results list first. Video wont open.

This also happens on my wife's phone.

I have this bug as well. I figured it was because the app hasn’t been updated for iOS 15 yet. Been doing it for a while. I just spam tap the video and it’ll eventually click.

If you just scroll the results list down a little bit, itll start working. Faster than spam-tapping 😆

I’ve seen references to this but what is it? I don’t think I’ve encountered anything that sounds similar.
The touch screen will be unresponsive at random times. I’ve encountered it mostly in YouTube app but also in safari trying the tap a link etc.

I guess the CoreAnimation bug Apple is taking about is affecting things like Reachability which seems like it’s 60Hz all the time.

Anyone know of an in-depth iOS 15/15.1 analysis on 5G/LTE performance? I’ve got the iPhone 13 Pro running fresh install of iOS 15.1 beta 2 and upgraded to beta 3 today and both 5G and LTE on Verizon are lousy. Average about 27mbps down and about 30mbps up - wondering if this is this the hardware, radio firmware and or iOS or Verizon or all of the above?

My iPhone 12 Pro had considerably higher averages around 150+ down.

My 5G/LTE speeds on Verizon have always been low on my 13 pro Max since I got it beta hasn't improved or made it worse lol

I updated OTA this time and everything seems to be running smoothly…for now. Safari seems fine, not sluggish or anything like that. I mostly did it this way just to find out quicker if anything was new. I have to get my screen repaired AGAIN for a few mysterious cracks and figure I should roll back to the most recent non-beta software anyway.

Apparently ProRes does not have autofocus, you have to Manuel focus, is that true

Looks like the Calendar lag/unusable with Exchange account bug is still here in b3
Yeah... just came here to say exactly that... Calendar is still basically unusable (I basically have to use the Apple watch to view it). On the phone, Calendar is totally unusable!

Has the choppy animation when swiping down to refresh App Store updates still there

That's weird, I'm on 15 non-beta, and Calendar works fine with my office Exchange account

that went after a restore. finder+alt+Select IPSW
Doesn’t installing 15.1 fix it, don’t wanna do a restore it’s never really helped in the past; the 13 pro max is brand new shouldn’t need a restore
