Halide's is actually macro mode done well, not everything needs to be optionless and fully automatic....
With the toggle Apple implemented in B3, it's even either you have it, or you don't at all.....
Has it been confirmed whether the iPhones are outputting ProRes 422 or ProRes 4444 yet? I’m assuming the former.
i never really understood the beta tester group, of all the people who use it.. how many actually report bugs?
my guess would be 98% only “beta test” so they update before anyone else and get to see the new features.

Contact pictures are still missing from some of my contacts in the share sheet. Wonder what may be causing it since it is not tied to a specific app. My BFs contact picture for example is missing from WhatsApp while my colleagues picture is missing from Slack in the share sheet menu but it is there for other contacts

I think, we’ll proved for my 12, a restore selecting the IPSW your on, fixed my iPhone storage glitch. I don’t think it’s a bug, just some glitch from a poor OTA update earlier on before the ios 15 RC. How I differentiate between “glitch” and “bug” in my own head, is a glitch is a bad update something we can fix locally. A bug is something we can’t fix, something in the code and needs an apple beta/update. Restoring from your selected IPSW holding alt down first so you can select it, fixed the storage glitch on my 12 and using IPSW in general since the RC I’ve dramatically seen less bugs mentioned from this forum - like App Store.
I have a feeling a software update won’t fix it as it’s probably not on Apples radar when they know a restore fixes the issue. You’ll need to reinstall the iOS and do a full restore - even when I used finder + IPSW to install official iOS 15, iPhone storage was still screwed.
Download the IPSW your on and hold alt when you click on the restore button… select your IPSW. Obvs full back up first to your machine.
The restore must recalibrate the phone storage calculations.

hard restart then let your phone index and settle. Happens sometimes with betas. 😆😂
force quit all your apps… something is over running in the background.

I did. Nothing is out of the norm. It has ran super hot since I upgraded to beta 3.
