No, it’s not. It’s version 1.41.06 on both, RC (19D49) and final (19D50).Modem firmware on my 13 Pro Max is slightly lower than the RC.

Feels very good so far. Whatever they did with the animations and/or ProMotion - it seems more fluid and stable with the animations. Not a groundbreaking difference but it feels more polished overall.
Storage bug seems to be resolved for me.

It’s a placebo it’s the exact same I have tested it side by side promotion and scrolling animations is identicalFeels very good so far. Whatever they did with the animations and/or ProMotion - it seems more fluid and stable in motion while using. Not a groundbreaking difference but it feels more polished overall.
