I finally installed 15.3 from the last set beta 15.3. No issues once installed and running..I had to install 15.3 RC 1st it came around 5Gig in size then removed beta profile to install the lastest (19D50) file also 5Gig file size🤪

It’s a placebo it’s the exact same I have tested it side by side promotion and scrolling animations is identical
I've been hearing people say it's better but I've been looking for a quantifiable difference.

So I have an automation for my Apple Watch to change the watch face to something specific each day of the week, and I just noticed that the automation menu does not list the new Unity watch face in it.

Still seeing Siri constantly running in the background in battery usage even with “hey Siri” turned off. Sucks

The two apps that had slow responsive top left corners, haven’t had an update, the corners now are responsive.

That’s down to ether the release 15.3 or just a fresh install using IPSW.

I use IPSW for every beta, so I’m guessing it’s the new build. IP12.

Is the music bug fixes that uses high cpu and batt when streaming? Can’t tell

I would like to take the opportunity of a new release to do a restore and start from scratch besides iCloud data. Do you know if my health data and activity rings will return? it has been a while since I done that and in the past I would always lose my activity ring progress, which was annoying

I’ve just done a wipe and restore with 15.3 and all my health and fitness data is back. The wipe and restore process gives you the option of doing an iCloud backup which you should do. I prefer to do a manual backup before wiping.

Go into iCloud settings and just make sure Health data is selected.

15.3 final seems to be running great for me so far. I’ve noticed that my 13pm feels more snappy and responsive and I wasn’t even thinking about the system responsiveness. I’ve just noticed that apps seem to open much quicker and iOS in general feels more responsive.

I updated from the RC. I’m thinking of doing a wipe and fresh install now that 15.3 final is out. I haven’t done a full wipe and restore for well over 18 months, which is unlike me. I usually always perform a fresh install of a new operating system on every device I own. I’ve always considered performing a wipe/format and fresh install of an operating system to be a good standard practice.

I’m going to leave things for a few more days to see if any bugs pop up.

15.3 with 13 PM
Wash your hands when return home still not working (maybe they scrapped this, hasn’t worked for me in iOS 15)
August smart locks work again properly..
so some of the geo fencing is working, so sounds like its in the wash hands app having the issues
everything else is working great, like some here I usually wipe and start new but its running so well not sure I want to do this …

Update:

I logged out of Apple ID on phone and watch then back in now it says this
must change to always in reminders but its not an option. LOL

Just curious but if everything is running great and snappy etc why would you want to wipe and reinstall and go through all that trouble? Potentially introducing problems that you don’t currently have.

I think it's more for better comfort level, where you are sure, there will be no hiccup / unusual behavior from previous installation. I am also willing to do this if I have spare time (which unfortunately I don't have).

Aside from that, 15.3 is running great on iPP 11 M1 (OTA update from 15.2.1). Battery life is also slightly better (didn't really measure).
