Not seeing any photos. 🤔😂
I didn’t take any :( I‘ve felt a bit lazy and haven’t wanted to use my old 12 (which I’ve already erased) to take any. But I did set this as my wallpaper, in honor of @Pearsey:

IPP11
AirPods Pro
Pencil 2

Haven’t used my pencil in a while but I got it back out yesterday. Ran into a new(?) issue.
IPP11 mounted on Magic Keyboard with Pencil in magnetic spot to charge.
In this config, I could not get my APP to connect automatically. I had to manually Do it via settings > BT.
Tried it a second time; same issue.

sigh….

Why would he envy a lily pad? 😆
Lily pads are a delicacy in England. 😆

P.S. I caved and had to set my wallpaper back to black. Still looks great with the subtle, dark green border & body. Can’t stomach anything else after having a plain black wallpaper for both lock & home screens for so long now.
Sequoia green leather case next purchase and you’re set. 👌

My home bar suddenly disappeared and I had to restart my phone. I’ve had this problem very often with iOS 12 and iOS 13.

There is a contact in my list that I cannot delete. I always get an error message that this contact is read-only. Why?

If it just happens while on charge then it’s probably performing other functions like processing faces in photos, iCloud backups and other on-device AI. There are functions that iOS performs while only plugged in as they’re resource intensive and it sounds like that’s what you’re experiencing right now.
Could be another couple days before it completely settles down.
Still hotter than heck (3 days later after update) when I plug my phone in and lock it. Cpu usage goes straight to 100%… guess I’ll give a few more days before I go nuclear and restore.

Sure doesn’t seem right waking up to a hot phone everyday after an update. Plus it makes charging very slow when the cpu is pegged at 100% doing who knows what and the heat can’t be good for the battery either. Oh well.

I'd restore asap, something definitely ain't right.

My phone is pretty much always running cool straight after I've installed a update.

Hit that restore button.

It’s only when I plug it in. That’s why I’m wondering if it’s still “indexing” stuff when I lock it and it’s charging.

Otherwise it’s cool and fine. Just seems fishy still.
