Nope, same here on 15.4.1. 😎😏

It *appears* that iCloud tab synching as well as file sync via iCloud is much quicker and more reliable. Last night I would drop a file into my documents folder and it would take hours to sync over or it would not at all, same issue early this morning. Now, it is nearly instantaneous. iCloud tabs were broken as well, working great. (Safari wallpaper too)

Testing across iPhone 13ProMac, iPad Pro, MacMini M1, MacBook Air M1

Are your other devices also on beta or just your iPhone?

@Bobout I’ve just OTA this update. You do what you normally do with IPSW update.

As we have both just come from IPSW updates of iOS 15.4.1 and couldn’t replicate any of the OTA updates bugs, let’s see what happens now and go a bug a huntin. Ye harrr.

I feel dirty after doing that 😆😂
OTA !!! You dirty boy !! Shame .. ill update tomorrow when I get some time, let me know all the bugs you get now ..

Wow! So exciting! The update turned Bluetooth on! Same as MacOS 15.4 on my laptop.

So happy! I never knew these devices had bluetooth functionality - I'm so glad it got turned on for me.

Edit: Not to feel left out, I emailed Craig F and he replied "hahahahha enjoy your Bluetooth. If only you'd upgraded using the IPSW, you OTA loser".
Every single update turns Bluetooth for me. If I have it off there is no need to it turn on for me. Does Apple have an explanation as to why they keeping turning Bluetooth?

I was referring to post 43.

I’ve not mentioned a restore.
You can reinstall, there’s a difference, the iOS without doing a restore. Not confused here, are you?

They are binary identical. We know that now. There is no difference in the two.

But there is in respect to what bugs a phone has after an OTA update and IPSW update (tested on iOS 15.4.1)

We found two bugs on the OTA iPhones, which the IPSW iPhones didn’t have…even after all the reboots. Which we’ve submitted to him and hopefully ?? he will redpond at some point helping us understand what’s going on.
In practice a Recovery Mode Restore downloads the current IPSW and installs it after erasing the phone storage. A Recovery Mode Update would do the same thing as the Recovery Mode Restore but not erase the phone storage.

One thing I wish Apple would fix the situation where you have more then one Apple Id and you add the account to your mail. The first Apple Id shows up as “iCloud” and the second one shows up as the e-mail address. iOS does not give the option of a description. In macOS there is a description option.
