Ditto. No issues with App Store. Now if only the pesky email image loading would fix itself and the oftentimes hanging on checking email status. Otherwise, pretty solid beta.
If only apple would buy out proper gaming companies, so I can finally take up their offer of 1 month free Apple Arcade, all I’m seeing is crap adventure games. 🤦‍♂️

Wish Focus Modes worked differently… I want my Work page on my Home Screen to hide when I’m done with work for the day, but if I make a “free time/after work” custom mode, it makes me limit who I get notifications from to a few people… I simply want to stop seeing my work apps and notifications for the rest of the day.

I just installed beta for my first time testing out iOS 15 in safari where the heck is the bookmarks button?

It's always been at the bottom menu bar. Now it's gone. WTF?

Click on the address bar when on a website, your favorites will pop up, then to access your bookmarks top left corner 👉📱

Press and hold on the web address itself… the safari address bar is a mess in iOS 15 honestly. It’s trying to replace way too many buttons.

Thanks, but that's frigging stupid. Now it's more clicks = more time to get to my bookmarks.

I tap the bookmark button all the time in iOS 14. It's like most common used button to tap. Now this blows in iOS 15. Ugh.

And why put the BM button in the upper left corner? Should be easier to access like at the bottom.

And what is this strange scrolling animation now? When I scrolled up or down this weird looking blurry fade in fade out thing happens for a second or two in Safari.

Seems it’s tied into this new floating address bar thing at the bottom.

I mean seriously does ****ing Apple even test the **** out before they release it in beta or wait for all of us to complain now and then it won’t be in there, official release.

I’m not sure the Alerts Only does anything yet. Not sure what the alerts are for: weather, traffic, ??? ….
I finally got this on my drive home tonight. I explain it in the Maps thread, but basically, it allows you to turn off the turn-by-turn announcements for every single thing you do and only plays alerts for the beginning and end of a trip, major turn updates "turn left in 1 mile) or other non-standard "alerts" like traffic, weather, construction, hazards, speed traps, etc.

Great new option for folks that like to use Maps for this kind of non-standard events during a drive, but don't need actual notifications for every single turn. Great for commuters or just day-to-day driving around areas you already know.

I turned it on yesterday simply by pressing the volume button on the screen where you now have three options; sound on, sound off, alerts only. Love it!

Not seeing that happen for me. Scroll is buttery smooth and clean.

That’s great! I usually turn off the voice directions as I don’t want every…little…thing! Not super intuitive that that’s what “Alerts Only” means. Apple shoots itself in the foot sometimes by being too obtuse.

It’s one extra tap. I rarely use bookmarks, so it may be your most commonly used button, but not everyone’s.

I don’t mind a bit of retaining my habits for the trade off, nice full screen for web page

His talking about the shadow around the address bar, how the bottom half of the screen gets a tad darker once the address bar pops back up when scrolling. 😬🧐📱

Still time for apple to make changes considering we’re only on beta 4 at the moment.

One tap for me, click on address bar takes me straight to my favorites. 😁

I have both Reduce Motion off and Prefer Cross-Fade Transitions not on.

I always prefer these settings as it makes the phone go through things instant fast and no wonky laggy animations.

But it does make Safari funky with that wierd address bar thing.

By the way this is in my 12 Pro Max

Turned off reduce motion on my 12 pro max, wow safari is super laggy with it off, turned it back on asap 😬😳

They give it to us and then ignore most Feedback. 😂😂😂
