Weird. It was downloading on my phone. I left the settings app and then came back in and it's not showing up anymore. Likely just a weird bug but interesting. Still downloading on my iPad.

so if we want to stay on IOS 15 and not 15.1 after we do the RC install is it safe to remove the beta profile? TIA

But I doubt if it will have fixes that most of us want.
Likely it will have changes irrelevant to us (may be important from other parameters).

Of course not. Since when has the initial release not had quite a few bugs? There will be a 15.0.1, 15.1 etc fairly quickly after launch, like there always is.

Not having bugs is not what I expect.
Its about fixes for bugs that we care for, is what is relevant for new releases.
It might have fixes which are mostly not concerning us.

At this stage apple cares about critical bugs that stop devices being usable, what they care about and what people on forums like this care about aren’t the same.

@Ansath can I get some love from our 8-25-21 conversation.. only missed 9-20 iOS 15 being released 🤣😂

edit… yes I know a broken clock is right twice a day. LOL

only up from here now, Devs should update their apps and then shortly 15.0.1 will come to fix all those pesky bugs that slipped thru
