MacOS could be tomorrow. ?
Yea. I’m torn on that. Part of me thinks MacOS 12.1 B1 will come with iOS 15.2 B1, and both will enable UC.

MacOS beta releases are usually out of sync with iOS on the whole. Only usually in sync with x.0 releases until iOS x.0 betas go weekly.

Possibly, yeah. I think we get macOS 12.0.2 and 12.1b1 next week, iOS betas the following week.
I reckon no beta for 12.0.2 and that it will be straight to public release in the next couple weeks (tho I’ve not seen any real bugs with the release we got to launch Monterey).

AHEM… Touch ID sucks on my 2017 intel MBP since installing official MacOS 12.0.1.
(Never ran a beta on this machine.)

FIX: turn off “iTunes Store, App Store & Apple Books” in Touch ID settings ?

I see few new features in the first beta of ios 15.2, it can be a short development, with weekly releases, to give stability and solution to the errors that people drag in ios 15. That, or in the second beta include some more news, such as universal control, because in theory it should arrive in autumn, right?

That's what I am thinking. Hopefully MacOS 12.1 b1 will have Universal Control in it (with the iOS / iPadOS side code buried in 15.2 already).

Same, tho I think we have to wait until a new beta of 15.2 if it’s in B1 of MacOS 12.1, as they need to enable the equivalent menu settings.
