Maybe as they aren't intending on releasing a 15.1.1. Either due to 15.2 being just around the corner (maybe a short beta period), or there are no urgent issues they feel need addressing until 15.2 comes out if it's not a short beta period.

Beta late than never
Let's see if we have the second beta today. I think that will depend on whether there are options to see an ios 15.3 before Christmas, or by then they will launch ios 15.2 as stable.
iOS is relatively stable. I’m hoping for macOS memory leaks bug fix. Obviously UC as well, although I feel like I don’t care much at this point. ??

If you use Notifications Summary, it stays on the Lock Screen/Notification Center even after you clear it.
