I’m thinking tomorrow for beta 2.

I'm kinda of hoping for beta 2 and 15.1.1 this week as well. If you look back to iOS 11 and forward, the .2 normally has between 4 and 6 betas. So being that we could potentially have three more weeks, would like to see the 15.1.1 release.

Cat 1 says tomorrow, but Cat 2 and Fish say Thursday....... Tough one to call as I think Cat 1 is brainier than the combined brain levels of Cat 2 and Fish. I'm hoping tomorrow

It's pretty much always been iOS first, so the fact that it's not happened, I am doubtful iOS 15.1.1 will be a thing. It's not the first time that tvOS and audioOS have had their own point releases.

There's some serious notification issues, I'm guessing it'll take a while to sort that out.
