I only see ios 15.2
it does not mention developer beta 2 or anything. 733.4Mb occupies on my iphone 11 pro

Doesn’t seem like the update we was hoping for doesn’t add much about from you know what

Apple have said they will fix the third party screen Face ID issue so maybe that will be in 15.1.1? More likely in a future 15.2 beta.

If we were getting 15.1.1, we would have had it before/with tvOS and audioOS 15.1.1. I don’t think we’ve ever seen iOS have their point releases this far after tvOS or audioOS, so if it happens, it will be a first.

the truth is one of the second lightest betas that I have had in the years that I have used apple betas. 733Mb seems to me more typical of a beta closer to the final launch, than one of the first ones, where more changes are usually made. on the other hand, universal control is getting more and more difficult this fall. I think we won't even see the new emojis this year. According to I read in a thread of the emojipedia profile, they would reach android 12L earlier this year, and in the first quarter of 2022 to the rest of the companies, apple among them. let's hope it's not like that haha

Seeing as there is not much in this beta, I could see public release not being that far, and Apple have gone from beta to public release with a point release before.

Also, it's very unusual for the new emojis to not be in a beta release now either. Though they can easily come in Beta 3.

Either gonna be a quick public release for 15.2, with beta of 15.3 bringing UC & the emoji, possibly with that coming out just before Christmas.... Or 15.2 B3 brings UC and emoji, and public release early December.

Meh, Apple is toying with us, as they seem to love doing since the 15.0 beta period started lol

I sincerely expect anything from apple. but I don't see material time to have two final releases before mid-December.

I like the argument of no iOS 15.1.1 that if it was coming it would have dropped by now unless they completely screwed the pooch and they still fixing it but not sure we need 15.1.1 unless there was a major security patch needed. I speculate 15.2 will be the next release for iOS
