An RC 2 would only be needed if there were some significant issues with the first RC. Pretty rare. But yes, I think a Monday release (or even possibly a release tomorrow) is in the cards.

I agree on a tomorrow (Monday) release. 15.2 had RC on a Friday and released the following Monday. So, there is precedence for this. I also agree that the Safari bug is likely why Apple would want to get this out quickly....
Final today, x.x releases tend to be on a Monday (recently 15.0, 15.1 and 15.2 for example). It's the x.x.x releases that are more variable.
I would guess at 15.4 beta 1 being next week, but would be nice if it was this week (just not setting my expectations for it this week).

Disagree. 15.4 lands within 48 hours of 15.3 going public. They likely have a tight schedule to meet (ahead of projected late March event) and, provided UC is present, a lot of feedback to assimilate.
I have already seen several channels on youtube announcing the release of ios 15.3 for today, and I also think it will be today. I expect the first beta of ios 15.4 for Wednesday, although I also see it likely that it will be released on Tuesday or Thursday.
We have about 30 minutes until we know.
On the contrary, 99% likelihood that it will be released today, along with the Monterey update. ?
