what surprises me is that the majority of youtube channels that are dedicated to talking about apple, have uploaded today the video that ios 15.3 comes out today. if it doesn't come out, what a mistake they have made xD
Yeah, given the volume and certainty being bandied about, I'd say Apple tipped off certain influencers that it was coming today. May still come or we see a RC2 today/tomorrow if something significant went wrong.

Let’s hope that whatever comes out will be a newer build than the RC at least.
Why? it could be worse if that is the case - untested changes. For me, and I know not for everyone, the RC is an improvement over 15.2
I haven't had issues with iOS 15.3. My point was that if they make us wait longer than usual, it would make sense for the to release a newer build. What I care the most is the Music app on Monterey, it still has issues, so I hope a newer build will fix some of them.
It has happened before that the public release is a newer build than the rc one, it could happen this time too, but I don't think so.
