15PM still getting warmer than previous models - mostly been using Instagram.
There’s been a lot of downgrade talk the past couple of days in the Beta 2 and now this thread. Can the downgrade talk be posted https://forums.macrumors.com/thread...o-stable.2406510/?post=32619748#post-32619748 rather than in this thread please? There’s a specific thread for it, so can this one be used to talk about Beta 3?
To be fair, I hadn’t until tonight - someone had posted in it and it was showing at the top of the unstickied threads.
I realise that I’m being off topic and don’t want to be hypocritical, so I’ll now clam up 🤐 and let the Beta 3 talk continue..!
If you have more than one card on one account it only works for one. Signing in to the second one took it away from my first one

Offically you cannot restore a backup from a newer version of iOS than the version you are running. iCloud or saved. (Unless you do some edits in some backup files from the saved backup.) Thats not really supported but usually works ok.

Fixed - Users may notice “increased power consumption” when an Apple Watch running watchOS 10.1 beta was paired with an iPhone running iOS 17.0 (the non-beta version). The same could happen when an iPhone running iOS 17.1 beta was paired with an Apple Watch running watchOS 10.0

Have it as well on 15 Pro. It felt a bit smoother with the 13 Pro before also with iOS 17.
The lag is very noticeable with longer text and especially with low power mode. Hope they can improve this with further updates.
Appears my main problems with 17.1 B1 and B2 are fixed. The home control button in control center wouldn’t do anything, and when I’d be typing on a forum and some apps, if I tapped on a word (to move the cursor), the word I tapped on would often highlight itself and then the app I was in (usually safari) would crash. Both are fixed.
wow ..is this what screwed up my iPhone 15 Pro's battery life ..
I'm still seeing terrible battery life though (just an hour in)

I’m in the second scenario with the 17.1 DB on my iPhone with the non-beta release on my Apple Watch.
yeah me too ... my watch is on public release while my iPhone is on beta ...
the battery drain is driving me crazy ... my battery dropped 2% with light browsing on Safari
I just restarted my watch. Maybe that’s needed once you update your iPhone with DB3?

already updated my iPhone to DB3 .. let me try restart my watch
p/s: I also force restarted my iPhone .. gained 2% battery (82% > 84%)
I wonder if the "battery drain" is due to inaccurate battery calibration and how to fix this problem
