My works also. All my hubs are on 17.2 betaThanks for checking
Just to confirm though, is your master home hub on the latest 17.2 beta released yesterday?

You do realise the bug could have been that it was working with Lockdown mode enabled right? Current behaviour could be intended, though I have no idea why you'd run in Lockdown mode all the time anyway, it's designed for people with highly sensitive data, not the average Joe. If enabling Lockdown disables AirPlay reception then it's probably not intended to work in Lockdown. With Lockdown enabled and after re-enabling AirPlay reception in macOS settings?![]()
Why would the toggle for AirPlay reception (albeit switched off initially) still be there in macOS settings after enabling Lockdown? It’s meant to work with that enabled, as it has in the past. Actually when going from AirPlay enabled for just the current user to either “everyone on the same network” or “everyone,” my MacBook appears on my iPhone as an available AirPlay receiver, but upon selecting it the progress wheel spins and spins until an error appears with “couldn’t connect” or something. Clearly this basic functionality is broken, but at this point I expect nothing less than for people here to weakly deflect with some variation of, “iT jUsT wOrKs!!1”You do realise the bug could have been that it was working with Lockdown mode enabled right? Your not serious are you? 😂😂my battery capacity dropped to 99% already.
Should I use my warranty?
And that sucks! The only new feature that got me excited.Apparently collaborative playlists have been removed from Apple Music in this beta…
Regardless of what I do with mute, my shutter stays the same volume (tried it before and after muting). Not sure what it did before as I never recall the shutter being louder or softer depending on volume. Not a show-stopper bug by any means, but a minor issue to report with the camera shutter sound when taking pictures in portrait mode on 15PM on 17.2b4:
Turning on silent mode mutes the camera app's shutter sound, as normal.
With silent mode off, the phone's volume control normally controls the volume of the shutter sound when taking a picture, and in beta 4, that is true except in portrait mode. Taking a picture in portrait mode plays the shutter sound at medium volume regardless of the phone's volume setting - even if you've turned the phone's volume all the way down to zero.
Rebooting the phone doesn't fix the problem. (Well, actually, the first time I took a portrait shot after rebooting, the volume of the shutter sound was determined by the phone's overall volume setting, as normal. But on the second and subsequent portrait shots I took, the shutter volume was medium regardless of the phone's volume setting, whereas in non-portrait mode the phone's volume setting continues to determine the volume of the shutter sound.)
I'd be grateful if someone could try to replicate this issue, simply by taking a portrait mode picture with silent mode off but your phone's volume set to zero. Then take a picture in non-portrait mode. Please reply with your result, and indicate whether you're running this beta and what iPhone you have. Thank you!
I will report this in the feedback app.
Use your warranty for what exactly? Apple will not replace the battery until you get close to 80%.I have a 15PM and after this update, my battery capacity dropped to 99% already. My previous 13PM was on 100% for 9+ months.
Is that normal? Should I use my warranty?
After the update my 15PM battery is at 110%. Should I contact the warranty reps?😃Use your warranty for what exactly? Apple will not replace the battery until you get close to 80%.
What car do you have? My wife's 2020 CRV is flawless with my Iphone 15 but my Toyota Rav4 HV, works flawless unless I make a phone call. Everything connects, I can hear the other person but they can't hear me. I have to reboot Carplay then it works...very annoying.Has anyone noticed car play issues like Siri not responding to send or reply to
Messages and volume control etc being fixed in 17.2 b4?
Hoping it is fixed. Issues across car models and iPhone 15 pro and other phone models reported numerous times.
Mine is at 173,000,000%. I plugged my phone into my house and now it's functioning as a UPS for the whole home. My power bill is going to be $0 next month! BWA HAHA HAA HAAA HAAAAA.After the update my 15PM battery is at 110%. Should I contact the warranty reps?😃
$0? My phone creates so much charge that I'm selling it back to the grid.Mine is at 173,000,000%. I plugged my phone into my house and now it's functioning as a UPS for the whole home. My power bill is going to be $0 next month! BWA HAHA HAA HAAA HAAAAA.

And one needn’t be an at-risk individual nor explain nor justify why they might use such a feature. If ever there is a route to more privacy and a stricter feature set, I’m probably going to take it.
Mysk confirmed to TechCrunch that iPhones and iPads kept sending these requests even when the user enabled Lockdown Mode, an opt-in feature designed to protect against highly targeted cyberattacks.
And you’ve got the latest versions of all of your apps installed?Unfortunately the random overheating issue is not yet fixed on my 15 Pro Max. It heats up randomly out of nowhere and the top left side of the screen and area besdie camera gets very hot to touch.
I will be doing some safari browsing, few youtube clips and some whatsapp and bam! phone getting warm and battery dropping like crazy...almost 5% in 10 mins or so.
Next day, zero heating issues and battery is still 70% by 6PM which is ridiculously good.
Anyone face same issue?
Come on man!!!And you’ve got the latest versions of all of your apps installed?
