Happens to me as well. Usually hitting return on the keyboard makes it come back up, or backing out of the text and selecting it again.

Happening to me. Immediate fix is to keep typing long enough for the line to wrap to the next line. Then the box appears for me.

You’ve reminded me I need to report that.

Happens to me also, a swipe down and back up fixes it on both my 13 and 13 mini.

My beta three experience is amazing to me. I have been testing the beta in every version since iOS 4 beta 1. And this one is by far the best. The only bug that I have is that sometimes the weather app doesn’t put its data into the widget on the Home Screen. Naturally my bug is a bug that is part of Apple weather. My nemesis since they took away my Dark Sky.

Same! Battery life has been awesome on my 14 PM. I’ve been consistently hitting 10+ hrs of screen on time (it’s been a busy week haha). Some random glitches here and there but overall really good performance for a beta!

Oi! Apple! Either release a security update, or release a new beta (B4 or B3.1 if you must). Just releasing new software with the same version number as a previous version is stupid. So says me.

Yeah, makes sense. As they will soon seed the public beta which will have the security fix included, this way they can test the build.

(Unlike when they actually released it as a security patch for iOS 16, when they patched Safari and didn't even bother to check some of the most used websites such as Facebook and Zoom ...)
