That is a good list and I would like to see some of those come to the iOS family. For a couple of them you may not need to wait.
On the first one, you can long press on the Wi-Fi icon in control center and then when the panel appears, long press on the Wi-Fi icon (again) to see a list of available Wi-Fi networks. To me that is more direct than using settings app.
On the second, from what I’ve read, there is no need to eject media in terms of clearing cache. As long as the write is done, it is done in iOS, there is no residual caching or open file handles the way it is done in Mac OS. You would only need eject if it was physically ejectable media like a DVD drive. I’m not sure that iPad OS can read a DVD.
