Alternative idea. It might not only come at 10 gigs, but also drop support for iPhones starting from Xs to 13 Series and be the biggest device support drop in iPhone history🤣
I don't think they would drop support for older devices, but the most cutting edge (read: processor intensive) features might be limited to newer phones.

Hoping for watchOS and macOS today.
its not like those two need as much beta testing compared to what iOS mostly represents vs iPadOS/tvOS probably entails. Thought it was weird they weren’t all bundled or at least a day behind last week? Yes it still could be Tuesday. We know next Tuesday is iOS beta 2 (12 days) typically.

I saw the Xcode beta bundle was compiled two days before the release, so it seems like changes were made last minute.

Would guess 17.5 likely will represent more improvement against what they trying to accomplish by March. That last minute changes also implies it’s hard to get everything working perfectly with 17.4 cycle.

Of course, they won't drop too many iPhones simultaneously. This was just a joke :)
I expect that some AI features could be limited to 13 series or later.

Identifiable Region now actually detects your region in the new build which I'm assuming was broken and also explains why no iPadOS as that isn't getting any of the EU changes.
