Yep - I got it yesterday. iPhone 11, running iOS 18.1, language set to Basque.
Weird. I have Chat GPT after moving to UK English but still no other AI features.
So, is it best to set region and language to US to get image playground? Or shall I just leave it set to UK? Thanks.
Do you have “Requires Attention” on? I’ve noticed it does seem a bit more intentional with having to stare directly at the sensor with that setting now - more than in prior builds, including earlier iOS 18 ones.

I’m going to go out on a limb and predict another batch of users will be admitted today. Probably around the same time as yesterday (noon Pacific time or so).
I further predict the new group will not include me. Set expectations low and be pleasantly surprised if I am.

I’m not sure where this idea that your feedback level is the determinant came from. Is there any real evidence of that?
As to it being Sunday, yesterday was Saturday and people got in. I don’t think there’s a team of Apple people working the switches letting people in. It’s almost certainly automated. So I think any day of the week is fair game.
That’s why I was 🤣 not going to make a difference.

I’ve not seen any evidence of it but people claimed leveling up made them get in. It’s completely possible there is no correlation, but if they were going to choose a non-random method to allow people in, surely you would think willingness to give useful feedback on AI beta features would be at the top of the list, right?

But there's at least one level 9 who is still on the list. This kinda reminds me of the old days when new iPhones had problems and people were trying to figure out which ones were more apt to have them based on the serial number and factory origin.
