Find My widget still broken for me, clicking on widget works fine and shows locations of all users. Same as previous beta. Reported via Feedback.

I usually wait for beta 4. Will have a look at this forum to see if it is usable.
iOS 7 was the worst beta (every one of them).
Amazing how stable betas are compared to iOS5.
 
RCS stops working on wifi for me. The second I connect to wifi, it disconnects RCS in chats (e.g. your text input box shows SMS and you send as SMS + your RCS contacts don‘t get delivery confirmation). Once I disconnect wifi, it reconnects after a few seconds and all the undelivered RCS messages pop up.

Tested with a co-worker (Android) and 3 different wifi networks (none of them worked with RCS, they ALL did on Beta 3). My co-workers mobile hotspot allowed me to stay connected to RCS.

Seems that something in Beta 4 conflicts with RCS and active wifi connections (potentially also similar issue to wireless CarPlay disconnecting RCS)?

RCS works fine for me when I’m on WiFi

And that is related to this beta and/or RCS as an iOS feature in what way?

Also, Europe is pretty big and there are countries that aren‘t in camp WhatsApp.

Currently my automations are not working correctly. I have an automation for the AOD that it turns on at 9 a.m. every day but it did not happen today, after installing yesterday B4.
 
Another potential visual bug: go to compose a new message and enter a number / contact that is not iMessage enabled (e.g. Android users) and see how they turn into a blue name in the added recipient list.

I believe that’s the wrong option, you want better call quality right? If yes, voice isolation can be set as I posted it above your post.

Here you go, the other setting is not for your purpose I think:
