Yes you can. Public beta 4 will most likely release tomorrow with the same build number anyways. If I am on 18.0 public beta 3, can I flip my profile to developer beta and just install the developer beta 6?

Yes, it's true. Hopefully it comes back in one of the next betas. Is it true they reverted the changes? In Phone app's Recents list, tapping on contact name calls the contact like in iOS 17. In previous betas, there was a dedicated call button and tapping on contact name opened contact card.
So sad. Thanks for the reply. Anyone in 18.1 beta 2 can tell us if that's also the case too?Yes, it's true. Hopefully it comes back in one of the next betas.
I've been using it since yesterday on PB3 and have had zero issues other than the find my bug.Is anyone getting daily driver vibes from this beta yet?
thanksYou don't need to pay to install developer betas. Apple made it free a while back.

Well too disappointed. My biggest complaint in iOS so far. Accidental calls.Yes it isI filed a feedback for it now
I assume PB 4 and DB 6 are same build number? Switched over to PB channel and didn't get any update since upgrading to DB 6.
this is a really annoying one. Not even a restart fixes it. I enjoyed using the dynamic wallpaper and it was pretty cool. I'm sure it'll be fixed next release. This beta brought back the bug where the new dynamic wallpaper resets to an older state on the home screen (e.g. when you apply it in the morning via work focus, it’s darkish purple, the lock screen updates dynamically throughout the day but the home screen shows the accurate coloring a second and then reverts to the scheme applied in the morning).
Worked in B5, broke again in B6.
About to upgrade to this. Is synching broken or just takes forever? This bug sucks.
Permanently stuck here. If I take a new photo and then delete it, it just adds a number to the item count and the item count doesn't even reflect when I delete the photo. It's not even syncing with the iPhone library.

UPDATE: looks like it's syncing now, just incredibly slow, like it dropped to 4 items after 1.5 hours syncing. Just photos, not even videos.
That’s an isolated case. It works fine for me in 2 different iPhones.About to upgrade to this. Is synching broken or just takes forever?
Not experiencing that here.Anyone else having an issue swiping up from the Home Screen not registering on the first time and having to do it again?
So far takes forever. I’m redoing iCloud Photos in my MacBook. Turned it off and on. Seems to have solved the stuck 3 items syncing on iPhone but now Macbook isn’t syncing while it does the entire iCloud Photos sync so we’ll find out later. Not sure what the deal is yet. Everything else is fine tho.About to upgrade to this. Is synching broken or just takes forever?
Yeah back to the sorry I called you back, but you hung up before me and I redialed you issues.Bad change: the recents call list now directly initiates the call again when tapping the cell and the info button on the right is back. So basically it's pre-iOS 18 behavior. Sad.
Are the photos/ videos in the cloud though at that point and it’s strictly a synch issue? So far takes forever. I’m redoing iCloud Photos in my MacBook. Turned it off and on. Now issue is resolved, if it happens to you just turn off iCloud Photos on MacBook, restart MacBook and turn it back on again on MacBook. It’s gonna take a while to sync it all on MacBook but it solved the issue in my iPhone. All good now.Are the photos/ videos in the cloud though at that point and it’s strictly a synch issue?
