Another day, another new potential build number for 18.3. Could now be 22D63 that's released.

No. There is speculation based on info from a usually accurate source that the build number for the public release of 18.3 will be several increments higher than the RC.
Some of this is likely due to inclusion of the Black History month Black Unity Watch bands and watch faces. As to the rest
Hopefully we get 18.3 release tomorrow and 18.4 beta 1 Tuesday!
Pretty sure we’ll get 18.3 tomorrow. Would not be terribly surprised if we don’t see 18.4 b1 until Thursday.

You do realize “boring” 18.3 update is the groundwork for 18.4 and beyond? Without this update, iOS 18 would still be littered with bugs and overall not as solid of an OS? Not every update needs to be earth shattering. iOS 18 is the first time we have seen . updates this exciting. We can’t have these updates with a solid build before it.
I’m not complaining too loudly, it’s mostly a bit boring because we’ve been testing it for the last couple months and not much has changed (to be expected of course). I totally understand that not every update can be an earth-shattering update, I’ve made the very same point many times myself. 👍🏻.
