Regarding the Public Beta 2, at this point I guess we might get an updated DB4 build on Monday-Tuesday, 29-30 June, which will also become the PB2 on the same day. Then a week later we could be getting DB5, basically repeating the pattern of DB3/PB1.

I think Apple would lose time on feedback and still have so many people on PB1. If they release PB2 today then it makes more sense (in my little head!)
That seems dumb to release a "re-release of beta 4" instead of rolling out the next beta (and fixing any issues they had with beta 4).
Someone posted this in another forum and said it’s a new agreement between the EU and America for AI.

It seems it’s true and maybe we get some Apple Intelligence features in 2024 in Europe too!

I understand that. But currently they are in the week releases, so why not just put put DB5 AND public beta 2 (with the fixes that they clearly arent happy with in the current betas).
How is it clear they aren’t happy with anything? Assuming a lot of facts not in evidence here.
Seems like Apple is moving to a tick tock cycle when it comes to the iOS betas, with developer coming one week and public the next.
Why would they release every other beta except for IOS other than they found some issues they don't like? If none of the public betas were released this week I would get it, but that's not the case.
Maybe for IOS, but the other public betas came this week (after the developer beta)
PB2 for MacOS 15, WatchOS10, and TVOS18 all went out Tuesday. But its iOS 18, IPadOS 18, VisionOS 2 that haven't yet. Some more could happen this afternoon. Because TVOS went out its interesting the other didn't?
I think it's a similar situation to what happened with the release of PB 1. They'll probably release a revised DB 4 on Monday followed by PB 2 later in the day or Tuesday. But who knows, this has been a pretty unconventional beta schedule so far.
