Yeah, same here, I will definitely be installing the beta when it drops! 👍🏻Can't believe we're so close!! I'm definitely jumping on the beta train after the keynote
I don’t think it’s so much no one wants to be first but that almost no one would pay for AII would say they will do that eventually at some point- right now everyone waits for the first company to charge for its ai features - no one wants to be the first, but someone will at some point, and if that has started, I think Apple will do charge for that too.
There isn’t a day now that goes by without some latest WWDC rumors preview article or video.Take it with a grain of salt, of course.
Apple decides to do the 90:10 split and iPhone users can alternate between two-apps.
expanding full screen album artwork to the lock screen??Take it with a grain of salt, of course.
I won’t, my battery has gone down so badly on my previous iPhone and did even got damaged by I believe beta software - I couldn’t use it anymore without having it on wired cable loading all the time (13 Pro) - so my one year old 15 PM has to wait until September this year (sadly)Yeah, same here, I will definitely be installing the beta when it drops! 👍🏻
He sounds particularly enthusiastic at the end of the video, as if he really knows something that we don’tTake it with a grain of salt, of course.
Here is an example of what I mean. The 10 bit of that 90:10 split on an iPhone will be quite difficult to even hit, let alone use in any meaningful way. 😋

Hey everyone! It would be nice if Split View for iPhones would have existed. I hope it’s announced at WWDC this year. Here is an example of what I mean.
I‘m going to rock the beta on my spare 14. On my main device (16 PM) maybe around beta 6 or soMe too, on my currently spare iPhone 11! ✌️

I really hope, the SW eng

Because in September 2025 the 2026 consumers products are being marketed. If their business cycle started earlier in the year yes it would be more up for debate.I still don’t get it why Apple would call them OS26 instead of OS25. I understand the car analogy bit, yet not many people get a new car every year, whereas OSs change year after year, so 25 would be more logical, IMO.
Yeah, I know many sources are reporting 26, and it probably will be that, but one interesting thing I noticed is that the initial official graphics for WWDC25 use the frosted glass aesthetic for only the 25, perhaps that’s a subtle hint at the version number change (and it being 25)? Prior years’ graphics used the same style for both the WWDC and the year part. If they just wanted to hint at the frosted glass aesthetic, they could (and have) do so with the ring around the lettering, or all of the lettering. So I don’t know that’s really conclusive evidence or anything, but it is interesting to note. 👍🏻. That’s one reason I’m staying open to all possibilities: whether it be called 19, 25, 26, or something else altogether.I still don’t get it why Apple would call them OS26 instead of OS25. By the time it goes out to general public we’d be less than two weeks from fiscal year 26. So it makes sense name it 26 and not 25.I still don’t get it why Apple would call them OS26 instead of OS25. Actually, corporations will pay for AI. That will be the core market for a few years. Big companies are all over it, I hear them daily.I don’t think it’s so much no one wants to be first but that almost no one would pay for AI
