Most likely a beta thing but when restoring from backup the screen didn't lock, and was able to get into phone app. But then couldn't get out (home button, or lock) till it finished and restarted. *shrugs*

Hope they add pinching in from a photo to go back to "Moments" AND THEN be able to keep pinching to go from Moments to Collections to Years.

Siri like notification center has a thing about being up late.

Just tested it on my iPad running 6.1.2. It fades out. Unless that's unique only to the iPad.

That's strange... On my iPhone 5 running 7.0 it seems to fade longer. I tested killing the music app on an iPhone 4S and it didn't fade out, just stopped! I'll try to upload a video later!

Anyone else getting this problem with the Dock? :/

I actually had this happen the first night I had iOS 7 installed. It took me a while to notice it and once I did I thought maybe it meant something or was telling me something (like it was supposed to be a new feature of some sort...what, I have no idea). Once I realized it was a bug, I rebooted and it was fixed. It hasn't happened again since.

Future appointments in NC?

With all the NC changes, are we now able to have future appointments show up? (like the old Blackberry "today" screen, which would show the next 5 or 10 calendar entries regardless of date)

The ringer can be volume down to zero block. In iOS 6 1 block is the minimum volume. However, it does not silent the phone (tested). Not sure if it's just a bug or iOS 7 thing.

Yes, that is how it looks, I actually quite like it though. It's only there for around 1 second and then just goes back to the lock screen.

I don't see a battery like yours when I charging it. It just shows the percentage and fades away in 1-2 second.

For now... Carrier (GreddyT&T, for example) are going **** a brick when they find out. People are going to be switching to the basic minutes plan.

Remember tethering was enabled back in the day during betas even if you didn't pay for it. We'll see how long this lasts.

Be hilarious that, right after AT&T opens up FaceTime to everyone, they block FaceTime Audio......

And by hilarious, I mean infuriating....

Hey all. Two questions:

1) Earlier people mentioned you may still be able to load Events from desktop iPhoto in the new Photos app - can anyone confirm/reject that? Perhaps screenshots too? Also, has anyone attempted to load Faces? I'm rather intense with sorting all my Pictures into Events and by Faces; I would HATE to lose that functionality.

2) A follow up, currently in iOS 6, if an app allows you to upload an image from your phone it gives you a list containing your camera roll, albums, events, and faces to choose from. What does this look like in iOS 7? If Events or Faces are visible in the native Photos app, are they still accessible when being uploaded in another app?

Thanks!

One thing I wish reminders and notes did was be able to be shared in a group so we could all add / remove / complete tasks. Plenty of third party apps offer this. Any sign of it in ios7?

Thanks to everyone posting and contributing. Been a great read the past couple of days. Bring on public release!

Also, any chance of a screenshot of the new spotlight? :D

I couldn't go through all the pages, but I didn't see these mentioned.

1) The on/off toggles are jelly like and elongate a bit when dragged

2) The arrow-shaped handle on the Control and Notification Center turn into a straight line when your finger is on them.

I've actually started reading this thread early and I've come back periodically to go through all the pages and I haven't seen your number 2 mentioned. Thanks.

I see a lot of frosted glass everywhere... Nicely done frosted glass... Could this be a hint to the hardware direction...?

iTunes Radio station previews

When using iTunes Radio, when you add a new station by searching through the genres, you get 10 second previews of songs played back-to-back to give you an idea of what the station will be like. The artist and song appear below the station name and the previews run until you stop them. Go to Add Station and tap once on a genre. The quick previews will begin, giving you the option to add the station or end the preview, as shown.

I haven't seen this covered yet. Pretty cool!

I thought so too at first... But, when you are dragging it up pause midway and without lifting your finger notice it... :p

Does anyone know if the 50mb cellular download limit has been removed or bumped?

Sorry if this has already been answered

I thought iTunes Radio was only available in the US to start?

I live in Canada and was using it a few hours ago (with one ad).
