When using iTunes Radio, when you add a new station by searching through the genres, you get 10 second previews of songs played back-to-back to give you an idea of what the station will be like. The artist and song appear below the station name and the previews run until you stop them. Go to Add Station and tap once on a genre. The quick previews will begin, giving you the option to add the station or end the preview, as shown.

I haven't seen this covered yet. Pretty cool!

Nice, I think that's pretty neat. I don't really use other music streaming services so others offer this.

One thing I wish reminders and notes did was be able to be shared in a group so we could all add / remove / complete tasks. Plenty of third party apps offer this. Any sign of it in ios7?

Thanks to everyone posting and contributing. Been a great read the past couple of days. Bring on public release!

Also, any chance of a screenshot of the new spotlight? :D

The new notes app doesn't seem to offer the possibility to share notes.
Here is the screenshot:

I thought iTunes Radio was only available in the US to start?

I live in Canada and was using it a few hours ago (with one ad).
Perhaps you're signed in with a US Store account. It works with a US store account no matter where you are. Not sure if this is a bug or not though.

Yea for Siri being able to do more now. Nothing more annoyingly than asking Siri to turn off Bluetooth and her responding sorry I can't do that.

Have you notice that if you have a folder in the "dock" it will open really fast, like 0sec. But if you have it on your "desktop" you got the slow animation open?

I don't think this was in iOS 6 but in the English keyboard options you can change the software and hardware versions of your keyboard

Than you for the explanation. I'm surprised Apple doesn't explain their reasoning for what hardware gets what features, it's very easy to jump to the conclusion that it's planned obsolesce when one sees the iPad Mini, basically the iPad 2 getting features the iPad 3 isn't. The WiFi chip isnt really something your average consumer would be aware about.

No problem. :)

They did say in the keynote that AirDrop uses the latest Wi-Fi hardware and because of that would only be supported on the iPhone 5, iPad 4, iPad mini, and 5th gen iPod Touch. I don't think it would make sense to try to explain it in any more depth than that. Most people don't care or wouldn't understand.

iTunes match was streaming in iOS 6....

Ummm...no it wasn't/isn't.

Match DOWNLOADS the full song in mobile/iPad devices.

Only streams on computer version of iTunes. I doubt that has changed in iOS7, but I was going to wait until the official release notes come out in a few months to verify as it hasn't affected me to much in iOS6.

Thanks.

I suppose I'm more bothered about the reminders. So I can share a list with others, eg my wife and a shopping list, and if one of us buys something it is checked off on the others list too. Eg a shared list.
Is this feature added to reminders?

I'm running on iPhone 4S why is the dock so dark? It doesn't matter which wallpaper I use it's like this.

You can share reminders already, you just have to initiate the sharing through the OS X Reminders app or through icloud.com:

The ringer can be volume down to zero block. In iOS 6 1 block is the minimum volume. However, it does not silent the phone (tested). Not sure if it's just a bug or iOS 7 thing.

I don't see a battery like yours when I charging it. It just shows the percentage and fades away in 1-2 second.

It only appears when you initially plug the phone in and are on the lock screen.

All of my apps open at the same speed.
My apps open at the same speed too, but when I have a folder on the dock, there is no "folder opening" animation like there is when it is off of the dock.

Yeah! I thought that was kind of odd. I upgraded from iOS 6. What about you?

iOS 7 seems to be really heating up my phone... I am using a 4S... Especially the antennas... Anyone else facing this issue...?

And 10 minutes of screen on time robs almost 15% of battery... :(

I have a question for people in the US: Can you ask Siri to play an iTunes radio station for a specific artist/genre?

Thanks :)

It appears I was somewhat mistaken - I apologize.

I guess it caches the song for listening later. Even though the iCloud download button is still there I was able to play it with Airplane mode enabled. Which leaves me somewhat confused on the difference between the app cache and the actual downloads of the song (is the cache temporary?).

Again, apologies.
