I am not sure if it is a iTunes or iOS bug. But is the bugs where if your phone has apps that needs updates and you have downloaded them on iTunes and then sync them to your phone is still shows all the apps as needing updates still present? This has been present since ios8.

Well, i don't know if this is a bug or a region lock...but I'm missing two options.
First is that i don't have option to show contact photos in Messages and second one is that I don't have the suggestion option in Battery settings.

I think the suggestions regarding battery life only appear if you don't already have decent battery life options.

Ok.
But what about the option to show contact photos in Messages? I'm not having it since iOS9 beta came out and now I'm on Beta 4.

Has anyone remarked on this feature/bug of Siri App Suggestions yet? I first noticed it in beta 3. I'm sure it could have been around longer. It's showing an additional row with a recently used Reminders list. Personally I dislike it aesthetically as it makes the screen unbalanced.

Also, News suggestions are missing today...

I had the same extra reminders thing in beta 3. I posted it in the beta 3 thread but no one else seemed to talk about it either. It went away though after half a day or so. (I suspect it was because I was using Siri to add to a list and that's when it showed up.)

My news is working fine though.

Well thats lame...
For what? For having a smaller screen?

Yes, because of screen size. In iOS 8 contact photos in Messages was a 6+ only thing and was added to the 6 in iOS 9.

a real performance improvement made on 9.1 beta 4..it's not like a beta..it's like a GM release.. very happy with that build.
Has made my 5s run better. It actually feels fast again and the only lag I've noticed (that is easily repeatable) is opening The control center while on the lock screen. I wish they let us customize the control center, would love to replace Bluetooth with a cellular toggle (which was my main reason for jailbreaking on 8.3/8.4)

Is there also lag when you open Spotlight search (the one when you scroll down) and have a 3rd party keyboard in use like e.g. Swype (which released an iOS9 fix)and others like Path Input. The Apple keyboard works quickly. This lag is huge with iPad mini2 and also with iPhone 5s since iOS9.0.2 (wasn't the case in iOS8).

Sadly I don't use 3rd party keyboards as I enjoy using the apple keyboard already. Though swiping down with the stock keyboard goes quickly which is nice, but I also never used spotlight.

ugh this is awful! it just looks really badly laid out and also pushes news (which thankfully returned) too far down

(scrolled down to hide contacts)

the iBook thing would work better as a notification centre widget

I hate the pointless list of apps on that screen. Just give me news!

We need to wait 1 year for that stutter to be fixed in iOS 10 just like we waited 1 year for them to fix Weather app stutter.

Btw it's stutter not lag. Lag is the delay iOS 9 has while launching app when we tap on it's icon.

I simply love how iOS 9.1 is running on my 6+.

Tons better than iOS 8 and more stable. iOS 8 is a distant memory here. :)
