MUCH MUCH better. No more lags in spotify, Safari, whatsapp, ...
Was worth it upgrading from 9.0.2.

Updated on iPhone 6S 64 GB.

Agree. Spotify was terrible. On beta 4, it's perfectly fine.

There is still the issue of the app icon disappearing when you expand release notes on iOS app updates in the App Store.

I've noticed this since early 9.0 betas.
How hard is that to fix?! Can't believe its still an issue.. I mean yea, its nothing major. just seems like it be a quick fix.

No changes at all on 6S Plus. Animation stutter issues largely the same!
Seriously. I might just keep "reduce transparency" set to on until all this gets sorted. The 3D Touch menu on icons is so bad on the 6s Plus with these betas.

Is this good enough to be a daily driver on the iPhone 6 yet? Anybody having issues that would drive an OCD cat like myself nuts?

I put it on my iPad Air and all seems well, but putting it on my phone is a whole other story.

100%

If it's good enough for this iOS OCD sufferer, it's good enough for many others, lol.

Build number is more aligned with the release build. 9.1 beta 4 = 13B136. 9.0.2 = 13A452. Probably means they have merged to mainline from a 9.1 beta branch. There's likely no more 9.0.x updates unless something serious is discovered.

iCloud drive app, is it working for you? I mean, the search field is completely useless. It find only jpg images, not other file types. No pdf, no txt. Can you try please?

Hey there it keeps saying software update failed, i have 2.5gb available
any ideas what to do if this happens?

Just got 9.1 b4 on iPhone 6 Plus, animation is definitely faster. It's noticeable. I'm not sure about if they improved the frame drops (they still exist), kinda seems largely the same to me compared to b3. I'm just satisfied that animation is now faster, surprised me at first.

On my i5 and Air 2, it's very very stable. stutter is still present (I don't see that going away, ever), but otherwise no real issues.

All stutter that was present on 9.0.2 and 9.1 beta 3 has been addressss on 9.1 beta 4 on my 6 and Air 2.

Scrolling is smoother (recent calls list, Music app, Settings, etc), App Switcher when tapping on an app further back in the row and it zooms to fill the screen is smoother, random stutter at the end of app opening/closing transition animations have gone completely.

Very pleased.

I can't believe that in 2015 we are still talking about things being slow and stuttering with all the technology in the world smh
