If the device makes any kind of notification, (message or sound), I'd like to be able to see a history of what caused it.
Usually that's what the notification center provides.

Haha sorry but that's the most unnecessary comment ever. Macrumors users are not even 0.5% of the iPhone users.here we have what most users want
The iPhone homescreen is like a customizable app drawer. If you want your most used apps on one page then you can move them to one. The only thing is that they're automatically sent to the top of the screen.I just sold my iPhone 6 plus and got a note 4 simply because I can utilize the larger screen better with the note 4 than I could with the iPhone 6 plus.
The iPhone 6 plus is probably the best phone I ever had , but software lacked a lot imo. I also sold my iPad air for the surface pro 3.
I would buy the new iPhone when it comes out in an instant if the software included:
Apps draw - I don't just want a wall of apps, I want my most used apps on the first page or two, the rest hidden until I need them. My phone just looked cluttered full of folders upon folders.
Widgets done right - having them in the notifications panel for me was redundant. I like them more in android because I can simply flick past them, not drag down the notification panel and scroll to the one I want. Let them me out on the home screens if I choose them to be. And give developers more options to show the information in a visual pleasing and interactive way.
Multitasking - you have large screens and powerful devices, let me use that screen size and power with split screens apps and real multitasking. If Samsung can do it, and sure apple can do it in an even better way.
I know it's not gonna happen and I've been saying it for years, but Apple needs to buy Cydia and legitimize the theme makers and other developers there and incorporate it all into a new iOS release.
Siri is less capable in iOS 8 than she was in 7.
I swear I have never heard so many helpless "I'm sorry..." responses.

Haven't seen much of a difference one way or the other.
In my experience she has improved. Sometimes I've took a second look at her with a 'huh you understood me perfect, cool girl, cool'
I'm happy for you, but for me she understands only the most basic stuff like "how hot will it get today?" or basic lookup stuff.
Actually I don't know if it is possible
But I'd like Siri to be able to use multiple languages at the same time
I mean, I use different languages with different persons, but since Siri is set to English, I cannot send a message in, say, french. Or atleast I don't know how to do it
You can't use Siri. But you can dictate. Just add the keyboards in the languages you want and press the dictate button. Not the same thing but works great in the car.
Just 1, really.
Exchange servers will start reliably working with Calendar and Mail apps.
What is everyone's huge problem with the music app? I like it.
I want to have multiple users like on OS X, so I can have one user set up with my e-mail, address book, etc, and another user set up with games for my kids that doesn't have access to my e-mail etc.
yes, extensions to safari would be amazing.
