Just looked on the australian site. Can't see where you can opt for collect in store. Getting worried!
Actually I don't quite yet, I was going to pre order then have the money in around the 28th. Will that work?
Well the UK apple store is down, so pre-orders could start anytime.
My guess is that pre-orders won't start until at least 4:00 a.m.
The pre order page was up with prices and everything but when you clock your pre order now button it it came up page could not be found. 2 minutes later sites back down.
So are we going to chatter in here (those that are awake/staying awake) until we can pre-order. Maybe we can post what we ordered here once the deed is done. I don't know, I'm just bored working a night shift with nothing to do (thankfully) waiting to order. I know there is no rush, but the Americans had their excitement, now it's our turn.

32GB 3G, the £699 model is a step too far for me.
Just getting a dock, I already have the Apple BT keyboard.
As for cases, I am on the lookout for a clear 'shell' to protect the back, coupled with a neoprene zip sleeve for protection in my bag.
Cool, I'll probably use my iMac's BT Keyboard. I've ordered the Switcheasy Nude, which should arrive tomorrow/today....whatever.
I'm undecided on a carry type case, quite like the Waterfield Ultimate Sleeve, but it's costly and even more for postage.
