Oh no, I think you are right, surely the iPad page would have to go down to change from notify me to BUY ME!
Fingers crossed that this is a 2 second job and therefore they do not need to bring the page down for it.

Fortunately I just got paid £6,000 I was owed from last summer. I did a lot of freelance work for an outdoor activity centre, and the guy who runs it came into some cashflow problems. His mortgage was cut after it had been agreed, so I told him he could just pay me the money when he had it, as I didn't need it then. Well, I still don't 'need' it now, so I've set half of it as my allowance for luxuries, and half will go to pay for car insurance and a holiday this summer. I should do this more often! Getting money unexpectedly is the best feeling.Don't. I've already bought an ACD 24" and a Powerbook 12" this month. Sitting here contemplating my shattered ISA........
because apple are only capable of updating one thing at a time? its possible we can see iPad AND macbook updates...

Apple choose maintenance periods (usually on a Tues) to update things on the website too. Not out of the question there could be more iPad info.
Well, the macbook section isn't, it is ? It's still the same as it was a coupla hours ago (I assume, I haven't looked at it before about ten minutes ago). So, ergo, if there's going to be updates for those today and their section is still there, wouldn't it follow that the iPad section might still be up too with still a chance of some news ?
Was going to say the same thing. If the macbook info section was down then it would prob mean no ipad news but neither are so fingers crossed
