Yes, it’ll be hard to wait, but after the super long wait for my iPad Pro, this will be a piece of cake. I was really torn between the red and the pink, but I loved the look of that flashy red carbon! Like a Ferrari red. 😎

If I did get it, I would only get the Back Skin. I don’t trust myself to Properly apply the Frame Skins 😂
You’d cover up your engraving? That’s the reason I only got the frame skin for mine lol. I might get camera skin later as well.
I didn’t want the Space Gray finish to wear off Over Time when setting it on Tables, Etc. Also, the Apple Logo on the Back Scratches really Easily and I didn’t want that happening. Kinda sucks that the Engraving would be covered.

I ordered the whole shebang, except for the pencil. If I can do it, anyone can do it, lol. I’ll make sure to post pictures of the finished product.
I liked the way they said that after you screw up the install to call them and they’ll make sure you get it right. Not “if” you screw it up, but “when”. Too funny.
That’s why I got the Silver. It hides wear and tear better over time than the Space Grey and I am more comfortable going around with it when it’s not in a case or the Magic Keyboard.
Yeah, they have a real sense of humour lol. You should watch their YouTube installation videos - they suggest you use a toaster to apply the camera skin and to vaccinate the one for the Galaxy S20 onto the phone. 😆

I haven't thought of this until now, but is there an alternative way to wake up the Pro without using the power button like the newer versions of the iPhone? Like tapping the screen or lifting the device? Thanks.

You can tap the screen. It doesn’t work when you lift it up, though.

What is the average time for “processing to preparing to shipping.” ? Is that ETA really accurate or should I be worried it didn’t move yet. I cannot calm down last part is the worst part of waiting 😂

There doesn’t seem to be as much movement on IPP’s as there was last week. There were quite a few forum members that indicated their IPP’s had moved to shipping status late last week, but not much happening this week.
Mine is set to 21-27th September. Still waiting for a movement. And yes this week was really quite. No one had any change or at least I didn’t. I talked with an Apple Emplyee on the phone for another topic but at the end she told me “it can be any moment from now on” . It’s been 3 days since then. 😂

They took the fun flight tracking away from me. Mine came on an unknown flight to the warehouse in Carlisle, PA. From there I got a tracking number.
