Take a bunch of photos at every angle and some videos too. That's really awful shipping. Do you have a BB that's somewhat nearby you can return it to if you need to?
I know. I mean how many times can they drop the ball? Common sense. Ship a $1,250 iPad in a box and put good insurance on it. 🤦🏼♀️
Oh I’m going too soon as I get home! Luckily the reship is on its way so I won’t have to go exchange. My closest store is 2 hours away which is why I initially had it shipped. I wish I would have just went to the store lol.
Yeah if I open it and it’s damaged, I’m contacting BB and I’m going to loose my **** on them. I’ve been pretty nice to them for all this inconvenience and a damaged iPad will be the last straw. 😅

Hahahaha, actually... yes I do. I’m in Kentucky and I live in the country. I’m even 30 minutes away from a Walmart and a bear lives behind my house. 🤣
I got cellular because where I live in the mountains I got crap WiFi, and I’m always traveling and I hate having to use my hotspot to run all the iPads in my car lol.
