iPad shipped, Apple just sent out tracking numbers!

I'm in Ohio, ordered Day 1 right at release, and I am on exception #2.
Anyone think I have a chance for tomorrow? No update since 8:51 AM this morning...

There is absolutely NO REASON UPS should be slacking in this shipping process.
How many iPads did Apple sell ? Something like 300,000 ?
I watched the intro video for WorldView. That place routes almost 2,000,000 packages A DAY. Without any problems with tracking. These iPads have been coming to that facility for the past FOUR days. That's about 75,000 a day. THREE PERCENT of their packages a day.
Think about that.
How many iPads did Apple sell ? Something like 300,000 ?

Just got off the phone with UPS the lady said Korean flight of doom iPads will definitely arrive by the end of the day tomorrow and that the Korea scan was an airport scan and there simply hasn't been an update since it entered the states. I called 800-782-7892 then say agent when you get to the robot

I think you're very easily going to be on for tomorrow. Kentucky to Ohio over night? I don't see that being a problem at all.

still not too impressive, I never liked korea, but I certainly don't like it now. I'm going to have to drink a lot of beer just to get some sleep tonight.

It should be there around 5 AM. I am actually in Rochester, so mine has to get on a semi from KBUF and head on I90 to Henrietta, where it will sort and then go out for delivery
The fact that UPS even now refers to it as the "Flight of Doom" is so awesome.
Hey you So Cal Inland Empire folks....flight arriving about 10pm tonight straight from Alaska. Also the one that left KY about 740pm will be landing here in about 20 min!!!! Hope for all of us....GO UPS!!!!

People... GO TO BED! Try to get some sleep! For the VAST majority of you, Santa will be here tomorrow with your iPad!
If you pre-ordered the WiFi-only model when the Apple Store still showed "Delivered by April 3", then it doesn't matter WHAT the UPS tracking says. It can show it in China, Korea, Kentucky or on the freakin' moon.... the VAST majority of them WILL be delivered tomorrow.
(Those of you living in very rural areas without Saturday deliver MIGHT be out of luck until Monday. But I think even some of you will be surprised!)
When I ordered my last MacBook Pro at product introduction, when I went to bed the day before it was supposed to be delivered the tracking information STILL SHOWED IT TO BE IN CHINA! When I got up the next morning, it STILL SHOWED IT TO BE IN CHINA! But just after 10am there was a knock at the door and THERE WAS MY MACBOOK PRO!
