Well good morning all! I will provide my insight yet again. However I am on my iPhone so mind any typos.
As of this morning my shipment FINALLY was updated in the ups system, and says they have had my billing info since 4:30 am Hong Kong time (4:30 pm last night here).
NOW UPS's site says that using WorldEase Express international, and so long as Apple gave them our packages before 7 am this morning (which if you have an origin scan - UPS HAS IT!) then delivery would be on Saturday by 12 PM local time (in my area, Rochester NY).
So everyones packages should be on the way. Realize, however that it took 12 hours for my billing info to become live - so yours may not show up for a while. Also realize that UPS depot agents run on servers SEPERATE from our tracking ones meaning they have the infowhile on our end itmay not update yet.
Now also realize that your shipment will probably not show"Departure Scan" from China until it is well over the Atlantic or when UPS scans that planes manifest in preparation for it's arrival.
WITH THAT IN MIND! There are two flights that left about 1:30 hours ago. They are UPS63 (out of Hong Kong at 7:11 AM local) and UPS71 (out of Guangzhou at 8:22 AM local).
Also realize a later flight out of Hong Kong may be out later today.
But note this - Apple has our packages on the way, even if UPS servers can't keep up with the load of this many people refreshing and tracking.
Plus have you seen all of the references on these things?! I have like 10 different reference numbers lol.
So guys I am going to try to keep you all updated - I am actually going to a funeral right now, one for my recently deceased aunt. So I may not be back on until later around 2 PM.
