iPhone 11 Pro iPhone 11 Pro Max - First impressions thread

Nobodies really going to know for a few days when things start to settle in.
I went to my Xfinity store @ 8:30am and got their only 256 Midnight Green iPhone 11 Pro Max. As many have said, pictures don't do it justice. It almost morphs from military green to space gray. The screen is brighter and looks sharper than the Xs Max (especially when holding both side to side and viewing at an angle). It feels strange to have an iPhone charge as fast as it does. Anyone getting one is going to be very happy with their choice. 
Watched a clip of Spider-Man far from home. The hdr is much better than xs max.
Pics taken obviously look better in dark. But don’t see much difference with good light.
Speakers seem same. But haven’t spent lot of time. Speed seems same.
Color is like space gray with green tint. Not a fan of matte back. Prefer xs max. Don’t use a case. A

Just got my iPhone Pro Max Midnight Green. I also have the Xs Max as well. Right away the Pro Max feels a little heavier and compact. Love love the matte finish on the back. No more finger print magnet!
The difference in size and what not is not really all that different than the Xs Max.
Can't wait to try out the camera later today!

First impression is I like this gold finish better than my XS Max gold. Also has a bit more weight than my XS max but it’s not a big deal for me. This is the phone with the Apple clear case.
The stainless steel on the sides is beautiful.... but I feel like with the new matte glass in the back the white looks a little bland. Thats just my opinion though.

is the thickness of the clear case about the same as that of the Apple leather case?

Incredibly fast. Feels smoother than on the XS max and much smoother than the beta is on the X.
It’s fast and smooth on most tasks.
But hangs and freezes sometimes eg when in settings app.
But that’s just iOS 13 and nothing to do with the hardware. 13.1 is out in a few days anyway and hopefully most bugs will be fixed.
I'm so glad I went with Silver! I had black last year, so I wanted to switch it up. The silver looks so beautiful in the white/matte finish, it's one of the more beautiful iPhones I've seen.
The XR colors look amazing in the store as well. The midnight green is also really striking in person.

The matte finish on the back definitely makes the Pro less slippery in the hand. Have used a thin case on the 6s Plus, 7 Plus, X, and XS Max for grip. So far, (couple hours) the Pro doesn't slide in my hand or off the couch. Haven't put a case on it yet.
I played with all the new phones while picking up my midnight green Pro Max, and truly, Apple got the colors right this year. The only one out of the 11 and 11 Pro line that I would not like is the yellow. It’s not horrible, just not my color. But the other 11s are beautiful (red!) and all the Pro colors are gorgeous.
