Thnx Wow! Amazing colours, Nat Ti paired with the Cypress Silicone case is the perfect combo for me👌.

Previously I had the PB 12PM; my favourite colour by far. I will be upgrading from the DP 14PM.

Here's my little contribution to this thread.

Like every year, I met up with 3 of my friends, and we went to the Apple Store in Zurich, Switzerland, to pick up the new iPhone 15 Pro Max at 8 AM. Then we went back to my place and set everything up, along with the usual swearing about little things here and there not working and needing extra care (banking apps, some watch not syncing as it should, you name it).

I got the blue one, here are my pictures. And yes, we actually take the day off every year for this little tradition. A bit crazy, but we have a lot of fun! And probably way too much food too...

Beautiful! Hope you guys keep the tradition going!

So true. And most regular users like me put a case, a display protection and even camera protection on it. Whenever I sell on my phones they never have a single scratch or stain on them. I always find those test and drop videos super wasteful.
I mean he set it on fire, scratched it with a razor, and bent the **** out of glass with his thumbs. It's fine but take it with a grain of salt that we will never do any of that.

🙄 I wonder what type of phone wouldn’t fail this type of testing. It’s like buying a sports car only to see if it’ll be damaged when you smash it into a wall. Pointless nonsense. Next!
All iPhones, including the regular 15 Pro in this video, have passed this test for several years now. JRE is an influential YouTube channel, and this will not go unnoticed, believe me.

Here’s my contribution for this year. Apple got the colour spot on for the Natural Titanium.

is that a pro or pro max? beautiful!

Upgrading from an 8+ myself. I just can’t stop looking at it.
The 14 plus was the first phone that got me to part with my 8+… and I tried them all. The 15 PM is looking and feeling pretty darn good, but I’ll give it a week. The 14 plus has been a champ and very solid upgrade of course from the 8+ without giving up nearly anything in the portability, weight, size areas of comparison.

Does you 15 PM feel about same weight as the 14 plus?

After one day with the pro max I’m bored of it, feels the same as the 14 pro max, even my misses said is there actually anything new, the battery is worse and the phone heats up quicker, so much for 3nm being more efficient, no way this phone can play aaa games it dims playing small games, all i wanted from this iPhone was better heat management. I ended up getting a yearly upgrade from ee and saving money so it’s cool but honestly this year it’s a skip for most people, the weight and charge port and 5x camera get boring very quickly

I largely agree. I wrote up my opinion here: https://forums.macrumors.com/threads/iphone-15-plus-and-15-pro-max-first-reactions.2404124/

I actually think the 14 Plus is the sleeper phone to get for those who want both portability and a larger screen.

Anyone could give a favor and share video from iPhone 15 Pro Max - 4K ProRes in Log? Really important to understand the freedom of post color correction?

It's a "skip" because you're literally upgrading from a nearly identical one year old phone. What did you expect out of a single year? I'm coming from an 11 Pro Max and it's an enormous upgrade. Wait a little longer and it wont "feel the same" at all.
